UNCS is a 24-year-old distribution company that moves closeout merchandise for the biggest brands in the country. We're 31 people who operate like a company of 300 — and we're growing.
View Open PositionsWe're not a startup and we're not a corporation. We're a profitable, fast-moving company where your work has visible impact from day one.
With 31 people moving product for over a thousand brands, everyone here carries real responsibility. You won't wait three years to make a meaningful contribution — you'll make one in your first week.
We build custom AI tools, proprietary deal-scoring systems, and internal platforms that give our team an edge. You'll work alongside technology, not fight against it.
UNCS is a federally certified minority-owned business enterprise. We compete — and consistently win — against companies many times our size because we move faster and smarter.
Our headquarters is in Fort Lauderdale — no state income tax, year-round sun, and a professional team that values working together in person to solve real problems.

Support the buying team across every stage of the deal — evaluate vendor offers, calculate margins and landed costs, compare competing product opportunities, enter purchase orders, and keep vendor records clean. You'll work with real numbers every day, and the difference between a good deal and a bad one often comes down to the details you catch. Fast-paced, numbers-driven, high-impact.
Design and build the internal tools that give our team a competitive edge — deal dashboards, AI-powered product intelligence, vendor portals, and operational platforms. You'll own the full UI stack from wireframe to production code, working directly with leadership and end users. We need someone who thinks like a designer and ships like a developer. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a sharp eye for usability are non-negotiable.
No open seats in these areas right now, but these are the career paths at UNCS. When a position opens, it will be in one of these areas.
Coordinate freight shipments, validate carrier invoices, calculate landed costs, and manage receiving. You'll work at the intersection of logistics and deal execution — making sure every unit gets where it needs to go, on time and on budget.
Build and maintain relationships with buyers across retail, export, and e-commerce channels. Manage deal flow from first offer to final shipment, maintain CRM records, build quotes, and reconcile pipeline reports.
Keep the business running — accounts receivable, accounts payable, compliance, HR support, and office operations. In a company of 31 people, the admin team touches everything and has a direct line to leadership.
